Kareena Reacts as Orry Recreates Poo’s Iconic K3G Look

Halloween 2026 produced a full-circle Bollywood moment. Orry — social media personality and Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 second runner-up — showed up dressed as Poo from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, and Kareena Kapoor, the original Poo, gave the recreation her own two-word review.

Winnie the Pooh vs Poo

In a video posted on Thursday, Alia Bhatt held the camera as Orry walked in wearing a beige tan mini skirt, a pink shimmery crop top and a faux fur stole. It is the same silhouette Kareena Kapoor made famous in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.

  • Skirt: beige tan mini
  • Top: pink and shimmery
  • Finish: a faux fur stole

Orry asked Alia, ‘How am I looking?’ and Alia broke into laughter almost immediately. When Orry protested that she had asked him to dress like Kareena, Alia had the correction ready: she had asked for Winnie the Pooh, not Poo. Orry walked off, and the caption read, ‘Bebo Mein Bebo #Halloween2026.’

Why Kareena’s reaction mattered

The video could have stayed on Orry’s page. Then Kareena Kapoor commented, ‘Too Good,’ with a red heart. That tiny endorsement from the actor who first wore the look made the moment travel further than the costume alone could.

It also says something about the staying power of Poo’s wardrobe. More than two decades after the film’s release, fans are still recreating the character’s colourful crop tops and glamorous party pieces. The look is instantly readable: the shimmer, the mini skirt and the stole signal ‘Poo’ before any dialogue is needed. Orry’s Halloween timing gave the tribute a reason to exist beyond nostalgia.

For celebrity-watchers, this is a low-stakes, high-recall moment: a recognizable character, a star holding the camera, and the original actor closing the loop. No announcement, no scandal — just the right costume at the right time.

What Alia and Kareena have next

Orry is no stranger to the spotlight either: he finished as second runner-up on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, behind winner Avinash Mishra and first runner-up Rithvik Dhanjani. Alia Bhatt, meanwhile, is awaiting Love & War, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and also starring Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, set for January 21, 2027. Kareena was seen this year in Meghna Gulzar’s Daayra opposite Prithviraj Sukumaran, and reports suggest she may make a special appearance in Sidharth Anand’s King with Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan.
